Laser Chillers (CHWL)

Made by an exclusive technology, OMI Laser Chillers are designed to meet the needs of the industrial laser cutting machines, which require a dedicated cooling control to cope with power fluctuations related to load variations.

 

 

 

There are 4 configurations of chillers available, all configurations with temperature stability and bypass:

941, Laser chiller with non-ferrous components

942, Laser chiller with stainless steel / plastic components

943, Laser chiller with non-ferrous components and integrated cooler

944, Laser chiller with stainless steel / plastic components and integrated cooler

CHWL Laser chillers with an integrated and optional water/water cooler: the double cooling circuit allows to independently control the temperature of the laser resonator and the optics.

Performance and versatility

The units are equipped with high efficiency electricalpumps and fans

Many options available such as special pumps, out of standard voltages, remote display, condenser, air filters and centrifugal fans

All the units are equipped as standard with non-ferrous or stainless steel/plastic hydraulic circuits to cool several type of fluids, from water to technical fluids or demineralized water

Wide range

models for a capillary coverage of the laser powers up to 15 kW and cooling capacities up to 62 kW.

High reliability

Each Laser Chiller is tested by OMI in a new and innovative test area and all the components are carefully selected and validated from the best suppliers, to ensure reliability over time.
