RA / RA-P Aftercoolers

Air flow rate from 60 m³/h to 4500 m³/h

RA and RA-P aftercooler series is designed to lower compressed air temperature from 120°C to an outlet temperature of 3°C higher than the ambient temperature. Pressure drops are reduced to the minimum and the condensate formed is discharged through the condensate separator mounted on outlet of the heat exchanger.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

  • RA10-160 - NPT connections
  • RA300-750 - ANSI connections
  • All models are available also without separator or frame
  • 60Hz

 

RA Series
The RA Series heat exchangers are designed to efficiently lower compressed air temperatures from 120°C to an outlet temperature that is only 3°C higher than the ambient temperature. With a wide range of flow rates from 0 to 4,500 m³/h, the electrically driven motor ensures optimal performance. Pressure drops are minimized, and condensate is effectively discharged through the condenser separator mounted at the outlet of the heat exchanger, ensuring reliable operation.

RA-P Series
The RA-P Series offers an innovative pneumatic fan powered by the same compressed outlet air, eliminating the need for an electric motor. Supporting flow rates from 0 to 4,500 m³/h, this system is supplied with a silencer and a lubricating filter to ensure greater noiselessness and enhanced reliability of the pneumatic fan. The final refrigerator delivers exceptional performance while maintaining quiet and smooth operation.
