The CHA Series water to water coolers are an ideal for system where are intermediate stage between the refrigerant circuit and the user one is necessary, equipped with pump and tank.

The CHA series liquid water to water coolers has many industrial applications, guaranteeing cooling of the process liquids with low energy consumption.

  • Integrated tank for all models to always guarantee a constant fluid temperature “Green” Energy Savers
  • Designed to cool liquids using free natural cooling sources, such as ground water or other cold process liquids
  • All the coolers, using fluids from free cooling or other cold sources, are devices without refrigerant gas

Efficiency

  • High efficiency brazed plate heat exchangers with a compact design, to ensure maximum exchange efficiency for all the CHA Series
  • Integrated circulation pumps, with high energy efficiency for a reduction in consumption

Versatility

  • All the coolers are suitable to work as an intermediate stage between the refrigeration circuit and the process circuit for applications such as laser cutting
  • For cooling liquids with temperatures up to +55°C Robust design and low noise
  • Robust frame, suitable for various installation, with a small footprint
  • The refrigerators ensure a reduced noise level, below 70 dB, suitable for installation in normal working environments

Easy maintenance

  • All units feature quick removable panels and carefully positioned components for easy inspection and maintenance
  • All circuit critical components are equipped with alarmed controllers
  • Operational and diagnostic information that can be accessed locally or remotely (Option Modbus Protocol available for all the models)
