OMI's Sterile Compressed Air Filters are crafted to meet the stringent requirements of the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. They ensure the delivery of aseptic compressed air, crucial for upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.

  • Advanced Filtration Technology: Employs high-efficiency borosilicate glass microfibre media, capable of removing particles as small as 0.01 μm with a DOP penetration of less than 0.0001%.
  • Robust and Reliable Design: Features stainless steel housings (AISI 316L) with BSP threaded connections. The elements can be sterilized both in situ and in an autoclave. These filters are designed for seamless integration and maximum durability.
  • FDA-Approved Components: This series includes FDA-approved o-rings and silicone potting, ensuring compatibility with various sterile applications. The NES series also includes stainless steel endcaps for enhanced resilience.
